1. What We Collect
We collect the minimum necessary to run the Service:
- Email address — only when you choose to register, and only for sign-in and account recovery.
- External-login identifiers — if you sign in with Google, Microsoft, Facebook, or X (Twitter), we receive a stable user identifier from that provider. We do not request profile, contacts, or social-graph data.
- Gameplay state — the cards you pull and the entries you save to your binder, tied to your account.
- Standard request logs — IP address, user agent, and request timestamps, kept for security and abuse-prevention purposes for a limited time.
We do not sell personal information. We do not build advertising profiles about you.
2. Cookies
We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in and to remember session state. Third-party cookies may be set by our ad provider (see below) when ads are displayed.
3. Advertising
buryo.com displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and device identifiers to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at google.com/settings/ads or via the YourAdChoices and YourOnlineChoices opt-out tools. See Google's advertising policies for details.
4. Data Sharing
We share data only with:
- Cloud hosting providers (Azure, Cloudflare) to operate the Service.
- Identity providers, when you sign in via an external account.
- Google AdSense, as described above.
- Law enforcement, when required by valid legal process.
5. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated gameplay data at any time via our contact form or by emailing contact@buryo.com. Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data.
6. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
