1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Buryo Packs (the "Service") at buryo.com, packs.buryo.com, or any subdomain, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Buryo Packs is a free, ad-supported, fan-built virtual trading-card experience. Users may open packs, collect cards across multiple parallel tiers, save cards to a personal binder, and trade cards with other users. Cards are digital, have no monetary value, are not redeemable for currency or physical goods, and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any real-world sports league, team, or player association.
2a. Virtual Currency and Premium Credits
The Service uses a virtual currency called Burbux to gate access to premium packs and features. Burbux has no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or physical goods.
Burbux may be made available for purchase with real money. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify the pricing, availability, or exchange rate of Burbux at any time without notice. Any Burbux balance is a limited license revocable upon termination of your account.
3. Accounts
You may use the Service anonymously. If you register, you provide an email address for sign-in only. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate interactions with the Service; (b) use the Service to harass other users; (c) attempt to manipulate pull odds or game state; or (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
All site content, card artwork, designs, and software are the property of Buryo or its licensors, except where third-party trademarks appear for identification purposes only. Player likenesses depicted in cards are fictionalized.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that pulls will produce any particular card, or that digital collections will be preserved indefinitely.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buryo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
